The 4 · Four distinct personal apps

Different needs.
One personal ecosystem.

Understanding yourself, communicating clearly, moving towards what matters and finding space to rest can support one another. Choose the tools that fit your own life.

Four roles, with room to choose.

Communicate with confidence

For the message you keep rewriting, the reply you are unsure how to read, or the difficult thing you need to say. SignalKind helps you explore clearer wording before you choose what to send.

Move towards what matters

Make space for something you want to do, alongside the rest of your life. Focus turns a meaningful ambition into a practical next action, then helps you record what actually happened.

Understand yourself

Record how a moment feels, see it alongside earlier experiences, and build a clearer picture of how you work. Neuro Map connects your own observations with practical tools you can try.

Make space for focus and rest

A listening library for concentration, unwinding and rest. Choose an ambient collection or explore the frequency library, then use the player to shape a listening session that suits you.

A few ways it could fit your life.

Illustrative situations, rather than a programme you are expected to follow. You do not need to use every app in every routine.

Finding a manageable way into a demanding day

A check-in in Neuro Map helps you describe the moment. Choose one next move in Focus. If sound is useful, open Frequency for an ambient piece while you begin.

Making time for a personal ambition

Use Focus to turn a qualification, craft project or learning goal into a next move that fits the time you have. Frequency can accompany a session, but silence is a valid choice too.

Preparing for an important conversation

Reflect on your own context in Neuro Map, then use a SignalKind template or Send Check to explore what you want to say. You decide whether to use a suggestion and when to speak.

Understanding a recurring difficulty

Record context and what helped in Neuro Map. If you choose a practical change, make it a manageable action in Focus. Review what happened without assuming a pattern proves its cause.

Moving from activity to rest

Save the day’s evidence in Focus or check in with Neuro Map. Choose a Frequency piece and a timer if sound helps you unwind. There is no requirement to earn rest first.

Start with one. Add another when useful.

Complementary, with separate records

The 4 describes four apps that can fit alongside one another. There is no shared SignalKind account, automatic diary transfer or ecosystem-wide synchronisation.

Some Focus shortcuts can open a sibling app when you choose them. That does not create a shared record or account.

Separate purchase arrangements

Each app has its own access model and purchase options. There is no combined plan or four-app purchase. Neuro Map’s own purchase covers its supported Apple devices; it does not unlock another app.
