The iPhone and iPad app requires iOS or iPadOS 26 or later. The native Mac version requires macOS 26 or later on Apple Silicon or Intel Macs and awaits approval and release. Stereo headphones are required for the five binaural tracks and recommended for the five ADHD-labelled presets; other track guidance varies.

I need to restore a subscription or lifetime purchase.
Use Restore in the relevant app and check that you are using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Apps are purchased separately. Apple manages the purchase and its account.
I want to manage or cancel a subscription.
Open your Apple Account’s subscription settings. Apple’s subscription cancellation guidance explains the available steps.
My device cannot use SignalKind Rewrite or Decode.
These features require iOS or iPadOS 26 or later, an eligible Apple Intelligence device, Apple Intelligence enabled and the on-device model available. Send Check and the supporting non-model features have an iOS 18 minimum.
I have a question about my data.
