We want SignalKind to be useful to people in different circumstances. Sometimes the right tools could help, but paying for them is another pressure.
We can offer free access to our apps to people facing financial barriers, and to charities and community organisations helping others.
If cost is standing in your way, or you support people who could benefit from The 4, get in touch. Tell us which app or apps would help, and we can discuss the access available.
A respectful request. Clear terms.
Nothing to prove publicly
Free access does not depend on a testimonial, social post, referral, marketing consent or telling a personal story. Do not send medical records, financial records or beneficiaries’ identities.
Agree the access first
We will explain which app or paid features are included, how access is delivered, its duration and any limits before you accept. Requests do not guarantee immediate or unlimited fulfilment.
Complimentary support is its own arrangement.
Giving Back is separate from an app’s existing free features or introductory trial. The scope and duration of complimentary access are agreed individually. It does not automatically turn into a paid subscription.
We will explain what happens when an agreed period ends. You can decide whether the available arrangement suits you.
